MURDER, EXTREME VIOLENCE
I want to talk to people OOC before we do anything on this end of spectrum. Joe will eventually kill somebody and he will likely nearly kill somebody. I want to make sure we're on the same page before we do anything.
For purposes of playing in a game I can come up with IC reasons he's not randomly murdering everyone. He does a have a specific type and can be picky about his victims. He also doesn't want to get caught, so there is that.

I'm open to starting PSLs and musebox stuff. Cross-canon is always welcome and Joe works best against those he can match wits with or manipulate. Also, he's easy to insert into crime dramas universes if you're up for crossovers.

Joe Carroll is from the television series The Following. This is an on-going series and as new information is revealed about Joe I will alter how I play him accordingly.
